$825 per client you close (15% of all cash in their first 90 days)
I take about 27 booked calls a month and close about 1 in 3. That's about $7,400 a month at today's volume
As our full-time closer you'll take a lot more calls: $10K+ a month is realistic, about $16,500 at 60 calls
Small base while you ramp up
Insurance background is a big plus
